RT01 is a first-in-class radionuclide drug conjugate (RDC) and theranostic agent developed by Nanolattix for the treatment of Tissue Factor (TF)-positive cancers. The agent consists of a humanized anti-TF monoclonal antibody that can be labeled with either the diagnostic radionuclide Zirconium-89 (89Zr) for PET imaging or the therapeutic radionuclide Lutetium-177 (177Lu) for targeted beta-particle radiotherapy. By targeting TF, which is frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors, RT01 enables precise tumor localization and delivery of cytotoxic radiation. Preclinical data presented at AACR 2026 demonstrated that RT01-177Lu achieves rapid and specific tumor accumulation with high tumor-to-kidney ratios and significant anti-tumor efficacy in xenograft models, while maintaining a favorable safety profile across major organs.
