Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RT201 is a tumor antigen-specific macrophage tumor vaccine developed as a cell therapy for the treatment of advanced malignant tumors, with a primary focus on advanced cervical carcinoma. The therapy involves screening for tumor-specific antigens, HLA typing, blood sample collection, cell separation and culture, and reinfusion of modified cells into the patient. This individualized approach aims to stimulate an immune response against cancer cells by leveraging macrophages that are specific to tumor antigens. Clinical trials are ongoing to evaluate its safety and efficacy in patients with advanced cancers[1][3][4].
