rulonilimab

Rulonilimab is a recombinant humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1). By binding to PD-1 on T cells, it blocks the interaction with its ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2, thereby inhibiting the negative regulatory signal of T-cell activation. This results in enhanced immune responses against tumor cells. Rulonilimab is being developed primarily for use in oncology as an immunotherapy and antineoplastic agent. It is under investigation for several cancers including cervical cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and other solid tumors. The drug is administered intravenously[2][3][5][7].
