Ruxian Zengsheng No. 1 Decoction is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal formula specifically developed for the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia (breast hyperplasia), particularly cases associated with the liver-qi stagnation pattern. The formulation is a multi-herb decoction containing 16 ingredients, including Angelica, Radix Paeoniae Alba, and Atractylodes Macrocephala, which are traditionally used to regulate qi circulation, resolve stasis, and alleviate pain. It is primarily used to reduce breast pain and glandular thickening. The decoction was developed and is being clinically evaluated by the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University.
