RVT-104

**RVT-104** is a fixed-dose combination product consisting of glycopyrrolate, an anticholinergic agent that reduces peripheral cholinergic side effects such as nausea and gastrointestinal distress, and high-dose rivastigmine, a cholinesterase inhibitor that increases acetylcholine levels in the brain to improve cognitive function. Developed by Axovant Sciences (formerly Axovant) for the treatment of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease and dementia with Lewy bodies, it aims to enable higher rivastigmine dosing for enhanced efficacy while mitigating tolerability issues associated with standard rivastigmine therapy.[1][3][7]
