Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RVX-13 is a preclinical, second-generation COVID-19 vaccine candidate developed by RocketVax that uses a genetically engineered, replication-deficient SARS-CoV-2 virus designed to present all major immunogenic features of the virus rather than only the spike protein.[3][4][7][10] By retaining multiple structural and non-structural antigens while eliminating replicative capacity, the vaccine aims to induce broad humoral and cellular immunity, including spike-specific and non-spike antibodies and T-cell responses, to provide more durable and variant-agnostic protection against SARS-CoV-2, with the additional goal of improved stability at ambient temperatures to facilitate global deployment.[3][4][8][10]
