**RX-3117 + nab-paclitaxel** is a combination regimen being investigated as a first-line treatment for metastatic pancreatic cancer. RX-3117 is particularly notable for its oral administration and potentially improved safety and pharmacokinetics over similar agents such as gemcitabine.
