Overview

**RXDX-108** is a potent, selective small molecule inhibitor of the atypical protein kinase C iota (PKCiota), targeting DNA repair pathways in cancer cells. Developed initially by Teva Pharmaceutical Industries and acquired by Ignyta (a Roche subsidiary) in collaboration with Cancer Research Technology, it was part of Ignyta's precision oncology pipeline aimed at molecularly targeted therapies for solid tumors. The program advanced to preclinical studies but did not progress to clinical trials, with no further development reported after 2015.
