Overview

**RXM-4768** is a proprietary radiopharmaceutical molecule that targets **fibroblast activation protein (FAP)**, a marker overexpressed in the cancer-associated fibroblasts of nearly all solid tumors. Originally developed by **3B Pharmaceuticals**, it was exclusively licensed to **RefleXion Medical** in 2023 for use with their **Scintix biology-guided radiotherapy** platform, which employs real-time external-beam radiotherapy guidance via FAP-targeted emissions. This combination aims to broaden eligibility for Scintix therapy across various solid tumor stages, potentially enhancing treatment precision, outcomes, and workflow efficiency through FAP's ubiquitous presence in the tumor microenvironment.
