Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RXM-5201 (68Ga) is a Gallium-68 labeled radiopharmaceutical imaging agent developed by 3B Pharmaceuticals. It is designed to target Fibroblast Activation Protein (FAP), a cell surface protease that is highly expressed on cancer-associated fibroblasts within the stroma of various solid tumors. The agent is intended for use in Positron Emission Tomography (PET) or Single-Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) imaging to detect and characterize FAP-expressing tumors. By visualizing FAP expression, RXM-5201 may assist in patient selection for FAP-targeted therapies and monitoring treatment response. It is currently in early-stage clinical development, specifically in a first-in-human Phase 0 study.
