Rybix

**Rybix** is an **orally disintegrating tablet (ODT)** formulation of **tramadol**, a centrally acting synthetic opioid analgesic approved for the management of moderate to moderately severe pain in adults. It provides rapid dissolution and absorption for quicker onset compared to standard tablets, with each 50mg tablet containing tramadol hydrochloride as the active ingredient. Developed and launched by Victory Pharma, it belongs to the opioid class but has a unique dual mechanism as a weak μ-opioid receptor agonist and serotonin/norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI), offering about 1/10th the potency of morphine with additional effects on descending pain inhibitory pathways.[1][2][3][6]
