Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**RYZ711** is an investigational **ACP3-targeted positron-emission tomography radiopharmaceutical** for diagnostic imaging of prostate cancer. Developed by RayzeBio following licensing of the OncoACP3 program from Philochem, RYZ711 is the diagnostic member of an ACP3-directed theranostic pair with the therapeutic candidate RYZ701. It uses a small-molecule ACP3 ligand labeled with gallium-68 to selectively visualize prostate cancer lesions by PET/CT, including tumors with low or absent prostate-specific membrane antigen expression. A Phase 1/2 multicohort imaging study is evaluating its safety, tolerability, and diagnostic performance in localized high-risk disease, biochemical recurrence, metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer, and metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.
