**RYZ811** is a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical agent consisting of a radionuclide-peptide complex that uses gallium-68 as the radioisotope. It is developed as an imaging agent for positron emission tomography (PET) to identify glypican-3 (GPC3) positive hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tumors. The agent binds to GPC3, a protein highly expressed on the surface of certain liver cancer cells, allowing for targeted PET imaging. RYZ811 is paired with RYZ801 (therapeutic agent) as part of a theranostic approach for unresectable HCC. RYZ811 is not intended for treatment but for diagnostic imaging only.
