Overview

**S-288310** is an investigational, HLA-A*24:02-restricted therapeutic cancer peptide vaccine developed for bladder urothelial carcinoma. It contains two tumor-antigen-derived peptides targeting DEP domain-containing protein 1 and M-phase phosphoprotein 1, intended to induce peptide-specific cytotoxic T-lymphocyte responses that recognize and eliminate tumor cells expressing these antigens. In a Phase 1/2 study in patients with progressive urothelial carcinoma of the bladder, subcutaneous weekly administration was generally well tolerated and induced antigen-specific cytotoxic T-lymphocyte responses; injection-site reactions were the most common treatment-related adverse event.
