Overview

S-488410 is an investigational, HLA-A*2402-restricted therapeutic multipeptide cancer vaccine developed from three tumor-associated cancer-testis antigens: URLC10, CDCA1, and KIF20A. The fixed peptide cocktail is intended to prime antigen-specific cytotoxic T-lymphocyte responses against tumor cells that express these antigens. It was studied by subcutaneous administration in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and in advanced or recurrent esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
