S-531011

S-531011 is a novel humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the C-C motif chemokine receptor 8 (CCR8), which is selectively expressed on tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Tregs). By binding to CCR8, S-531011 induces potent antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) against CCR8+ cells and neutralizes CCR8-mediated signaling. This selective depletion of tumor-infiltrating Tregs enhances antitumor immunity without significantly affecting peripheral immune homeostasis. Preclinical studies have demonstrated strong antitumor effects both as monotherapy and in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors such as anti–PD-1 antibodies, with no significant adverse effects observed. The drug is being developed primarily for the treatment of solid tumors as a cancer immunotherapy agent[1][2][4].
