Drug intelligence / Profile preview
S-531011 + pembrolizumab is an experimental combination therapy consisting of two monoclonal antibodies: S-531011 and pembrolizumab. S-531011 is a novel humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting C-C chemokine receptor 8 (CCR8), which is highly expressed on tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Tregs). By selectively depleting CCR8+ Tregs through antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and neutralizing CCR8 signaling, S-531011 aims to relieve immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment and improve antitumor immune responses. Pembrolizumab is a monoclonal antibody checkpoint inhibitor that blocks the programmed death-1 (PD-1) receptor on T-cells, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immunity. The combination is under clinical investigation for advanced or metastatic solid tumors, with trials aiming to demonstrate enhanced efficacy and a favorable toxicity profile over monotherapy[1][3][5][7].
