Drug intelligence / Profile preview
S-6204 is an investigational IgE-targeted dissociator antibody being developed by Seismic Therapeutics for the treatment of allergic diseases. Discovered and optimized using Seismic's proprietary IMPACT machine learning platform, S-6204 is designed to rapidly dissociate IgE from its high-affinity receptor (FcεRI) on the surface of mast cells and basophils without triggering degranulation. Additionally, it prevents free IgE from binding to both FcεRI and the low-affinity IgE receptor (FcεRII/CD23), thereby neutralizing free IgE and down-modulating effector cell activation. S-6204 is currently in the undisclosed/exploratory stage of preclinical development.
