Drug intelligence / Profile preview
S095018 is a human monoclonal antibody that targets T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin-domain containing-3 (TIM-3), an immune checkpoint receptor expressed on certain T cells, including tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. By binding to TIM-3, S095018 acts as an antagonist (inhibitor), blocking the interaction of TIM-3 with its ligands and thereby enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. The drug is being developed primarily for oncology indications, with a focus on advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in combination with other immunotherapies such as cemiplimab (anti-PD1). It is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical trials. The developer and main sponsor is Servier Bio-Innovation LLC, part of Les Laboratoires Servier SAS[1][3][4][5].
