Overview

S1-221 is an investigational oral liquid **cannabinoid combination** developed by Delphian Therapeutics for the acute treatment of migraine. It contains cannabidiol and delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol and has been evaluated in a first-in-human Phase 1 single-ascending-dose study in healthy adults to characterize safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, acute subjective effects, and exploratory effects on plasma endocannabinoid levels. Dose selection from this study is intended to support subsequent migraine efficacy studies.
