Sacituzumab tirumotecan + iparomlimab is an investigational combination regimen being evaluated for the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer. Sacituzumab tirumotecan (also known as MK-2870 or SKB264) is a trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (TROP2)-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) featuring a belotecan-derivative topoisomerase I inhibitor payload (KL610023) attached via a hydrolytically-cleavable linker. Iparomlimab (QL1604) is a monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor. This combination, often administered alongside tuvonralimab (a CTLA-4 inhibitor), aims to leverage the cytotoxic effects of the ADC with the immune-potentiating effects of checkpoint inhibition to improve outcomes in neoadjuvant settings for cervical cancer.
