SKB264 + SKB118 is a combination therapeutic regimen developed by Sichuan Kelun-Biotech Biopharmaceutical for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, specifically non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The regimen consists of sacituzumab tirumotecan (SKB264/MK-2870), a TROP2-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) utilizing a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload, and SKB118 (CR-001), a bispecific antibody that simultaneously targets the PD-1 immune checkpoint and the VEGF signaling pathway. By combining these modalities, the treatment aims to induce direct tumor cell death via the ADC while enhancing the anti-tumor immune response and inhibiting tumor angiogenesis. The combination has received Breakthrough Therapy Designation from China's NMPA for the first-line treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC who are EGFR/ALK-negative and have PD-L1 expression (TPS ≥1%).
