HH-001 is Jiangsu Huahan Pharmaceutical's China-marketed oral fixed-dose tablet of **sacubitril + valsartan**, marketed as **悅心妥**. It is an angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor: sacubitril is converted to LBQ657, which inhibits neprilysin and increases natriuretic-peptide activity, while valsartan blocks the angiotensin II type 1 receptor to suppress maladaptive renin-angiotensin-aldosterone-system signaling. Easywell Biomedical reported that the product received China NMPA drug certification in October 2023 and was launched in mainland China in 2024 for chronic heart failure.
