Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SAL0130 is Salubris's oral fixed-dose antihypertensive combination of sacubitril, allisartan, and amlodipine, submitted in China for treatment of primary hypertension. Sacubitril and allisartan form an angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor regimen: sacubitril-derived LBQ657 inhibits neprilysin to augment endogenous natriuretic peptides, while allisartan-derived EXP3174 blocks angiotensin II type 1 receptors. Amlodipine adds L-type calcium-channel blockade and vasodilation. Salubris states that the product is an ARNI plus calcium-channel blocker fixed-dose combination designed for multi-target blood-pressure reduction; its marketing application was accepted by China's NMPA in July 2026.
