Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SAL0127 is a small molecule inhibitor of Coagulation factor XIa (FXIa) currently in preclinical development by Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceuticals. It is being investigated for the prevention and treatment of thrombotic diseases. By selectively inhibiting FXIa, SAL0127 aims to target the intrinsic pathway of the coagulation cascade, which is hypothesized to reduce the risk of thrombosis while maintaining better hemostatic control and a lower risk of clinically significant bleeding compared to traditional anticoagulants that target the common pathway.
