**Salbesone L** is a Midas Care pressurized metered-dose inhaler containing the short-acting beta-2 adrenergic agonist **levosalbutamol** and the inhaled corticosteroid **beclomethasone dipropionate**. It provides rapid bronchodilation through beta-2 adrenergic receptor activation while beclomethasone reduces airway inflammation through glucocorticoid receptor-mediated transcriptional effects.
