**SANA-013** is an investigational proprietary psilocybin + cannabidiol combination regimen originated by Wesana Health and acquired by Lucy Scientific Discovery in July 2023. The protocol was described as a single high dose of psilocybin followed by maintenance treatment with a non-hallucinogenic or microdose-level psilocybin dose administered with cannabidiol. It was developed for major depressive disorder, including traumatic brain injury-associated depression, and was also described for migraine, episodic cluster headache, and trigeminal neuralgia.
