Sanchen Wan

Sanchen Wan is a traditional Mongolian medicine (TMM) formulation developed and manufactured by Mengyao Pharmaceutical. It is an approved oral herbal product primarily utilized in pediatric care. The formulation is traditionally indicated for clearing heat, resolving toxins, and calming the nerves (sedation). It is commonly prescribed to treat symptoms such as high fever, cough, sore throat, and infantile convulsions or restlessness. As a traditional multi-herb formulation, its therapeutic effects are attributed to the synergistic actions of its constituent botanical and mineral ingredients, which typically include *Terminalia chebula*, *Bambusa textilis*, and *Cinnabaris*.
