Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Sangdan Zhongfeng Granules (桑丹中风颗粒) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) hospital preparation, primarily used for the treatment and rehabilitation of stroke (cerebrovascular accident), particularly in patients with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. The formulation typically contains ingredients such as mulberry fruit (桑椹), goji berry (枸杞子), salvia miltiorrhiza root (丹参), earthworm extract (地龙), siegesbeckia herb (豨莶草), and white peony root (白芍). Its main functions are to nourish Yin, extinguish internal wind, promote blood circulation, and unblock meridians. It is indicated for post-stroke symptoms including hemiplegia, limb spasms, facial paralysis, slurred speech, and numbness of limbs. The granule form is administered orally by dissolving in hot water.
