**Sanjie Yiliu Formula (SJYLF)** is a four-component Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) decoction used to inhibit colorectal cancer growth. The formula consists of **Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum (Fabanxia)**, **Glabrous Sarcandra herb**, **Thunberg Fritillary bulb**, and **ground beetle species**. It works by suppressing cell proliferation and inducing apoptosis in colorectal cancer cells. SJYLF achieves this by downregulating proteins such as **cyclin D1**, **CDK4**, and **Bcl-2**, while upregulating **Bax** expression, which are crucial for apoptosis induction.
