Sanquinnovate Treg cell therapy

Sanquinnovate is developing a regulatory T cell (Treg) therapy platform that leverages a proprietary, novel cell surface marker discovered by Sanquin to isolate and purify stable Treg cells for adoptive cell therapy (ACT). This technology aims to overcome the limitations of current Treg isolation methods, which often struggle to maintain the purity and stability of the cells during expansion. By enriching for a specific, stable Treg population, the platform seeks to provide a more effective treatment for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. The program is currently in the preclinical stage of development and focuses on providing high-quality Treg populations for therapeutic expansion and re-infusion.
