Overview
Sanshen Laifu granule is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by The Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Chinese Medicine. It is specifically indicated for the recovery period of COVID-19 infection, targeting post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC), also known as Long COVID. The formulation is designed to alleviate persistent symptoms such as fatigue, shortness of breath, and physical weakness. It is currently being evaluated in a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial (ChiCTR2400080348) to establish its efficacy and safety profile in patients recovering from COVID-19.
