Sanwaron C

Sanwaron C is a branded Kampo (traditional Japanese herbal) medicine developed and marketed by Sanwa Shoyaku. It is a tablet formulation of the traditional prescription Kakkon-ka-jutsu-bu-to (葛根加朮附湯), which is a water extract processed into an oral tablet form. The product is classified as a designated Class 2 over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical in Japan. As a complex herbal formulation, it does not have a single molecular mechanism of action; instead, it relies on the synergistic effects of its constituent herbs, which typically include Pueraria Root, Atractylodes Lancea Rhizome, and Processed Aconite Root.
