Sanwu capsules

Sanwu capsules are a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula manufactured by Yunnan Jinwu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The product is a coated pill, brown to tan in color, with a slight odor, a slightly sweet taste, and a bitter aftertaste. It is composed of multiple herbal ingredients including raw aconite, raw Sichuan aconite, Polygonum multiflorum, aconite root (aconite slices), raw white aconite root, frankincense, rock sugar, and fresh pig's trotters. Sanwu capsules are indicated for conditions such as Arthralgia syndrome, paralysis, traumatic arthritis, bone hyperplasia, rheumatic arthritis, and frozen shoulder. Due to its complex herbal composition, its mechanism of action is understood within the framework of TCM, likely involving anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
