Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Combination of **sapanisertib**, an oral small molecule dual ATP-competitive inhibitor of **mTOR complex 1 (mTORC1) and mTOR complex 2 (mTORC2)**, and **mivavotinib**, a potent oral **FLT3 (Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3)** and **SYK (spleen tyrosine kinase)** inhibitor. Sapanisertib inhibits downstream signaling of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway that controls cell growth, survival, and metabolism, thus demonstrating anti-tumor activity across multiple preclinical and clinical cancer settings[1][2][4]. Mivavotinib blocks FLT3 and SYK signaling, both of which drive proliferation and survival of various hematological malignancies. The combination is experimental and investigated for synergistic inhibition in cancer, but published clinical trial data for this precise combination are not available as of September 2025.
