sapanisertib + mivavotinib

Combination of **sapanisertib**, an oral small molecule dual ATP-competitive inhibitor of **mTOR complex 1 (mTORC1) and mTOR complex 2 (mTORC2)**, and **mivavotinib**, a potent oral **FLT3 (Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3)** and **SYK (spleen tyrosine kinase)** inhibitor. Sapanisertib inhibits downstream signaling of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway that controls cell growth, survival, and metabolism, thus demonstrating anti-tumor activity across multiple preclinical and clinical cancer settings[1][2][4].
