SapK573 is an investigational therapeutic cancer vaccine developed by the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. It is designed to target KRAS-mutated advanced solid tumors by stimulating the immune system to recognize and eliminate cancer cells expressing mutant KRAS proteins. The vaccine is currently undergoing a Phase 1 clinical trial (ChiCTR2500113691) in China to evaluate its safety, tolerability, immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity in patients who have failed standard treatments.
