Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SAR439459 is a human anti-transforming growth factor beta (TGFβ) monoclonal antibody that neutralizes all isoforms of TGFβ (TGFβ1, TGFβ2, and TGFβ3). It was developed by Sanofi for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and osteogenesis imperfecta. By inhibiting TGFβ signaling, it aims to relieve immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment and enhance the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors.
