SAR441000 + cemiplimab

SAR441000 + cemiplimab is a combination immunotherapy consisting of SAR441000, a synthetic mRNA mixture encoding four cytokines (IL-12, single-chain IFN-α-2b, GM-CSF, and the IL-15 sushi domain), and cemiplimab, a hinge-stabilized human IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting the PD-1 receptor. SAR441000 is administered intratumorally and is designed to stimulate local immune activity and induce systemic antitumor immune responses via cytokine production, while cemiplimab blocks PD-1–mediated inhibition of T-cells, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immunity. This combination was investigated in patients with advanced solid tumors, particularly melanoma, in a phase I clinical trial[1][2][3][4][5][9].
