Overview
**Sarilumab + non-methotrexate disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs** is a combination therapy in which sarilumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting the interleukin-6 receptor, is administered together with non-methotrexate disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) such as sulfasalazine, hydroxychloroquine, leflunomide, or others.
