Overview

**SASS-001** is an investigational oral drug combination for adults with **sleep apnea with a central component**. Also designated **S-054501**, it combines sivopixant, a selective P2X3 receptor negative allosteric modulator discovered by Shionogi, with a second compound whose identity and mechanism have not been publicly disclosed.
