Satraplatin + capecitabine

Satraplatin + capecitabine is an investigational combination therapy consisting of two oral small molecule chemotherapeutic agents. Satraplatin is a platinum-based DNA antagonist that forms DNA adducts and crosslinks, inhibiting DNA replication and transcription, leading to cell cycle arrest (primarily at G2/M) and apoptosis.
