Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SB02 is a small molecule anti-cancer drug candidate being developed by SynCore Biotechnology (an affiliate of the Sinphar Group) in collaboration with the National Health Research Institute (NHRI) of Taiwan. It is characterized as an anti-angiogenesis agent, designed to inhibit the formation of new blood vessels within tumors, thereby suppressing tumor growth and metastasis. SB02 was in-licensed from NHRI and is part of a series of oncology compounds that includes SB01. As of current pipeline reports, SB02 is in the IND-enabling phase of development for the treatment of various cancers.
