Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**SBI-1301** is a preclinical Soricimed peptide-drug conjugate developed for TRPV6-expressing solid tumors. It couples a proprietary TRPV6-targeting peptide to an undisclosed highly potent cytotoxic payload, aiming to concentrate the cytotoxic agent in tumor tissue through TRPV6 binding and receptor-mediated uptake. In an earlier Soricimed collaboration with Eisai, three intravenous SBI-1301 treatments produced complete tumor regression in a human prostate-cancer xenograft mouse model, with no tumor regrowth during 60 days of follow-up.
