SBK007

SBK007 is a novel small molecule histamine H1 receptor antagonist developed by Chengdu Shibaikang Biomedical Technology for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Classified as a Class 1 innovative drug in China, SBK007 is designed as a highly selective and non-sedating agent to alleviate symptoms such as nasal congestion, rhinorrhea, and sneezing. It is administered via an intranasal spray. As of 2024, the candidate is in Phase 2 clinical development, with studies evaluating its efficacy and safety profile compared to existing antihistamine treatments.
