Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SBN-3 is a next-generation, dual-gene recombinant oncolytic adenovirus injection developed by Shenzhen SiBiono GeneTech Co., Ltd. for the treatment of various solid tumors. Building upon the technology of Gendicine (the world's first approved gene therapy), SBN-3 is engineered to selectively replicate within tumor cells, leading to direct oncolysis. It simultaneously delivers therapeutic genes, including the p53 tumor suppressor, to induce apoptosis and stimulate a systemic anti-tumor immune response. This multi-pronged approach is designed to provide broad-spectrum anti-cancer activity and is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
