Overview

SBP-102 is an mRNA-based cancer vaccine and bispecific antibody (bsAb) therapeutic candidate being developed by SML Biopharm. Built on the company's proprietary mRNA/LNP (lipid nanoparticle) platform, SBP-102 is designed to treat Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) by leveraging mRNA to express a bispecific antibody in vivo, thereby stimulating a targeted immune response against tumor cells. The program is currently in the candidate optimization stage and is categorized within SML Biopharm's 'Immune Response Based Therapeutics' portfolio.
