Overview

SBT6290 + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination therapy for cancer composed of SBT6290, a targeted immunocytokine, and pembrolizumab, an anti–PD-1 monoclonal antibody. **SBT6290** is an engineered immunocytokine designed to selectively deliver interleukin-2 (IL-2) to tumors expressing Nectin-4, aiming to enhance antitumor immune responses while limiting systemic toxicity. **Pembrolizumab (Keytruda)** is a humanized monoclonal IgG4 antibody that blocks the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor on T-cells, overcoming inhibitory signaling from tumor cell PD-L1/PD-L2 and enabling an improved immune response against tumors[2][4][6]. The combination is being developed for advanced solid tumors to harness synergistic immunostimulatory effects.
