SC-203 is an experimental nanobody-drug conjugate (NDC) currently in preclinical development by Tianjin ConjuStar Biologics for the treatment of various cancers. As an NDC, the molecule consists of a nanobody-based targeting domain—a small, single-domain antibody fragment—linked to a cytotoxic payload. This design is intended to leverage the high stability and small size of nanobodies to improve tumor penetration and binding efficiency compared to traditional antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
