Overview

**SC276** is an investigational, hypoimmune allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy being developed by Sana Biotechnology for B-cell malignancies. The program has been described as a dual CD22 and CD19 targeted off-the-shelf CAR-T product intended for diseases such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and non-Hodgkin lymphoma, including settings where prior CAR-T therapy has failed. Sana's preclinical materials describe a hypoimmune engineering approach designed to reduce host immune recognition by eliminating HLA class I, HLA class II, and T-cell receptor expression while overexpressing CD47, with the goal of evading both adaptive and innate immune rejection while retaining antitumor activity. Public pipeline and drug intelligence sources indicate the program has been discontinued before approval.
