Overview

Sc610 cell is an autologous cell therapy being developed for the treatment of advanced urinary system tumors. The therapy involves the isolation and expansion of PD-1 positive (PD-1+) T cells from the patient's peripheral blood. The therapeutic rationale is based on the identification of PD-1+ T cells as a population enriched for tumor-reactive T cells. The manufacturing process involves peripheral blood monocyte apheresis, followed by the selection and expansion of these PD-1+ T cells, which are then reinfused into the patient. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase I/IIa clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerance, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy in patients with advanced malignant tumors of the urinary system.
